There were nine resource persons including Bishop Vincent Aind. We were given inputs on qualities of a priest, different kinds of responsibility, problems, difficulties, challenges & opportunities. We were challenged to be aware of our social responsibility, pastoral & evangelical tasks, educational apostolate and tips on how we need to prepare ourselves already from now while we are in formation. We got some psychological boost by a trained psychologist and a counselor. There were inspiring Power Point presentations. We were also taught as to why financial transparency is expected of us now and later on as priests. The bishop himself presided over the Eucharist every day and his homily at every Eucharist was inspiring, challenging and encouraging. We were happy to be together for a week and enjoyed every bit of it. It was a good opportunity for all of us to meet some new faces. We were minor Seminarians, regents and major Seminarians all together.
